摘要
本文通过对私营企业主的行动逻辑———关系网络建构的研究,通过对南北方企业主建构网络差异的比较,揭示了在转型过程中私营企业主的行动选择策略、企业主之间的游戏规则并进而揭示出市场发育的特点与不足。本文在强调关系网络是一个动态结构、是企业主理性选择手段的同时,详细论述了其建构的路径:寻找、编织关系和巩固、发展关系四个阶段,通过这四个阶段的营造和维护,企业主完成了从“关系”到“关系网络”的编结和建构,完成了“手段”向“资源”的转变。
By studying private business owners’ social network (guanxi wang) cultivation, the author compares the differences in the social networks in the northern and southern areas to discover private business owners’ strategies of action selection during transitions, their game rules, and characteristics and deficiencies in market development. The paper emphasizes the dynamic nature in the social network structure and describes in detail the four phases in network cultivation: searching, making connections, consolidating, and expanding. Going through these four phases with careful maintenance and nurturing, the business owner completes the process from a single relation to a social network and the transition from instrumental function to a pool of capital resources.
