摘要
数字中频系统广泛应用于雷达和通信系统中。文中简要介绍数字中频测试系统的组成、工作原理及数据传输的实现。完成了采用不同的测试卡对ADC性能的I、Q性能进行分析的过程,对其关键技术进行了详细的叙述,该设计使用方便,性能可靠,具有实用价值。
Digital Intermediate Frequency （DIF） system is applyied widely in Radar and communication systems. This paper briefly introduces the principle of test system based on DIF. We designed two test cards to test the performance of ADC and I/Q. The advantages of simple design and high reliability are shown clearly.
