构建和谐医患关系的制度伦理视角

Constructing Harmonious Doctor-patient Relationship based on the Perspective of Institutional Ethics

医患关系作为社会系统的重要组成部分,在创建互助友爱的卫生环境中起着先导性和基础性作用。但当前医患关系却不容乐观,因社会、伦理道德,特别是经济、法律因素的影响,各种医患矛盾正在成为阻碍构建和谐社会的主要问题之一。本文从制度伦理视角提出了构建和谐医患关系的设想。

The doctor - patient relationship as an important constituent of the social system, is playing a leading role in the foundation process of cooperative and friendly medical health environment. But current doctor - patient relationship actually is unoptimistic, and under the influence of the society, ethical marals, the legal and economic factors, various kinds of doctor - patient conflicts are becoming one of main social questions which hinder the social construction. Some recommendations on the rebuilding of harmonious doctor - patient relationship are given based on the perspective of institutional ethics.
