摘要
目的:探讨运动对大鼠肝组织一氧化氮合酶和细胞凋亡的影响。方法:以大鼠有氧训练和疲劳训练为运动模型,采用免疫组织化学的方法测定大鼠肝组织的NOS和细胞凋亡的表达分布。结果:与安静对照组相比,有氧训练组大鼠肝组织eNOS、nNOS及Bax、Bc l-2的平均灰度值表达无显著差异,而iNOS则显著降低(P<0.05);疲劳训练组大鼠肝组织eNOS、nNOS及Bc l-2的平均灰度值表达显著升高(P<0.05),而iNOS和Bax的平均灰度值表达显著降低(P<0.05)。结论:有氧训练使大鼠肝组织iNOS的表达显著升高,从而诱导NO的含量适度升高,对维持肝血流量具有重要作用;疲劳训练使肝组织eNOS、nNOS的表达显著降低,iN-OS的表达显著升高,从而使NO含量过度升高,造成NO自由基生成过量;疲劳训练使肝组织Bax的表达显著升高,Bc l-2的表达显著降低,细胞趋向于凋亡。
Objective: To probe the effect of exercises on NOS and apoptosis in liver tissue of rats. Methods: Taking aerobic: and overload training as exercise model to determine the expression and distribution of NOS and apoptosis in liver tissue of rats with the immunohistochemical method. Result: Comparing with control group, the expression of eNOS nNOS and Bax, Bcl -2 average grey degree do not have remarkable variation in liver tissue of rats in aerobic training group, but iNOS remarkably reduces ( p 〈 0.05) ; the expression of eNOS, nNOS and Bcl - 2 average grey degree in liver tissue of rats from overload training group increases remarkably ( p 〈 0.05) , but the expression of iNOS and Bax average grey degree reduces remarkably( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion: the aerobic training elevates the expression of iNOS remarkably, thus induces moderate elevation of NO, which plays an important role in maintaining liver blood ; the overload training reduces the expression of eNOS and nNOS in liver tissue remarkably, while elevates iNOS expression remarkably, thus induces NO to elevate excessively, which creates NO free radical to produce excessively; The fatigue training causes the expression of Bax to elevate excessively, Bcl -2 expression reduces remarkably, apoptosis prones to droop.
