摘要
区域旅游协作,就是基于共同利益的需要,旅游经济实体利用和创造必要的条件,以实现区域之间或区域内部旅游要素的合理有序流动及协作各方效益最大化为最终目的,依据一定的目标、原则和制度,对协作区内旅游要素的流动加以引导和安排的行为。它是一个系统工程,受旅游资源赋存的空间差异、协作利益、决策者行为、区域关联性、行政区划、旅游需求的空间差异、协作主题等诸多外部、内部因素的影响。区域旅游协作的组织模式可以归结为五类,即行政区域型、经济区域型、交通线路型、旅游圈型、主题型组织模式。
Regional tourism cooperation plays an important role in leading the flowing of tourism elements by entities' using and creating essential conditions based on the consideration of corporate interests. This is a system engineering, which is affected by many factors, such as space difference of tourist elements, cooperative interests, policymakers' behavior, area relativity, space difference of regional tourism demand, and regionalism. The organization model of regional tourism cooperation can be generalized into five types, which consists of administrative area, economic area, transportation route, tourist article, and theme.
