摘要
分析了Ti对18-8型不锈钢毛管裂纹产生的影响。经长期的生产实践表明,用降低Ti含量来消除18-8型不锈钢毛管裂纹的工艺措施比增加Ni含量、降低Cr/Ni的常规方法效果好。
Based on an analysis concerning effect by titanium on cracking of 18-8 type stainless steel shells,technological solution involving treatment to reduce Ti content was taken to eleminate the said cracking. Relevant long-term operation has proven that the said measure is more effective than the conventional solution involving increasing Ti content to lower Cr/Ni.
