摘要
采用有限元分析方法,建立浮置板轨道结构的三维有限元模型,对不同橡胶支承刚度和扣件刚度组合条件下,两种密度混凝土浮置板进行模态分析,获得了橡胶支承刚度为20 kN.mm-1、扣件刚度为30 kN.mm-1时浮置板轨道结构的低阶固有频率和振型,其结果与试验结果吻合.分析了混凝土板密度、橡胶支承刚度、扣件刚度对浮置板轨道结构系统振动特性的影响,可为浮置板轨道结构的减振降噪优化设计提供理论依据.
A three-dimension finite element model is constructed to analyze the normal models of floating slab track with ANSYS finite element software. Eigenfrequencies of floating concrete slab with two densities are calculated under the condition of various combined rubber support pad stiffness and fastener stiffness, The first five eigenmodes are obrained when rubber support pad stiffness is 20 kN·mm^-1 and fastener stiffness is 20kN·mm^-1. The result of the calculation is the same to the test result. The influence on eigenvibration characteristics of floating slab track system is also made clear, The study result can help reduce noise and vibration of floating slab track.
