摘要
实验发现,H2SO4-KMnO4-甲醛在丙酮存在下发光信号大大增强,据此建立了H2SO4-KMnO4-甲醛-丙酮新体系。同时发现维生素E(VE)对H2SO4-KMnO4-甲醛-丙酮化学发光体系有强烈的抑制作用,建立了维生素E的流动注射化学发光抑制法的新体系。化学发光信号的降低值与VE的浓度在1.0×10^-5~1.0×10^-3mol/L的范围内呈良好的线性关系,方法的检出限为3.0×10^-6mol/L。对1.0×10^-4mol/L的VE进行11次平行测定,其相对标准偏差为1.5%。该法已用于VE片剂中VE的测定。
It was found that the KMnO4 - H2SO4 - HCHO system gives intensive chemiluminescence in medium. At the same time we found that vitamin E inhibited chemiluminescence of the KMnO4 - H2SO4 CH3 COCH3 system intensively. On this basis, a flow injection chemiluminescence inhibition method has the acetone - HCHO - been developed for the determination of vitamin E. The linear relationship between the reduction in chemiluminescence intensity and the concentration of vitamin E is over the range of 1.0 × 10^-5 - 1.0 × 10^-3 mol/L. The detection limit is 3.0 × 10^-6 tool/L, and the relative standard deviation is 1.5% for 11 measurements of 1.0 × 10^-4 mol/L standard solution. The recommended method was successfully applied to the determination of vitamin E in tablets.
