非炎症性鼻源性头痛

Uninflammatory rhinogenic headache

目的探讨非炎症性鼻源性头痛的病因、临床特点及治疗。方法分析63例非炎症性鼻源性头痛患者的临床症状、鼻腔解剖学特点,并行鼻内镜下手术治疗,术后随访1～3年,总结其疗效。结果所有患者均表现为鼻、额部反复发作性疼痛,且均存在着鼻腔解剖结构异常。经鼻内镜手术后头痛缓解,疗效满意,无复发。结论非炎症性鼻源性头痛系鼻腔解剖结构异常所致,以局部疼痛为主要症状,针对解剖结构异常的鼻内镜手术可以达到良好的治疗效果。

OBJECTIVE To explore the causes,clinical features and treatment of uninflammatory rhinogenic headache. METHODS The clinical manifestation and nasal cavity anatomy features of 63 cases with uninflammatory rhinogenic headache were analyzed. All the cases were undergone operations under nasal endoscope and followed up for 1 to 3 years. RESULTS All of 63 cases suffered from paroxysmal nasal pain or frontal headache and had abnormal anatomy of the nasal cavity. The headache was alleviated after nasal endoscopic surgery and no recurrence occurred. CONCLUSION The main cause of uninflammatory rhinogenic headache was abnormal nasal cavity structures. Topical pain was its chief clinical manifestation. It can be cured by nasal endoscopic surgery.
