Performance management is one of the core functions in human resource management. Performance interview is the key link for two-direction communication in performance management and the more important role played by performance interviews in human resource management and the success of the performance appraisal depending largely on executive power of performance interviews, successful enterprises will catch the chance to improve performance management system, to make good performance interviews preparations and to introduce advanced concepts to improve performance interview skills so that the overall level of human resource management can be upgraded.
