摘要
目的:建立关黄柏药材HPLC指纹图谱,为其质量控制提供有效的方法。方法:HPLC法,Hypersil-C18反相色谱柱,A相为甲醇,B相为0.3%磷酸二乙胺水溶液,梯度洗脱,检测波长为230nm;系统聚类法,对关黄柏样品的HPLC-FP中各特征峰的相对峰面积进行分析。结果:20批关黄柏样品指纹图谱相似度均在0.80以上,其中道地药材样品质量较好。结论:该方法稳定可靠,可以有效地用于关黄柏药材的质量评价。
An effective and convenient method was established for HPLC fingerprints of Cortex Phellodendri Amuren, which provided an approach for quality control. Methods: Hypersil-C18 column, phase A: meth, phase B:0.3%, eluted with a gradient program and detected at 230 nm. Genealogied cluster analysis characteristic absorption band.Results: The fingerprint method for Cortex Phellodendri Amuren was established. The similarity of 20 batches of Cortex Phellodendri Amuren was not lower than 0.80. Conclusion: This validated method is available for quality evaluation and quality control in Cortex Phellodendri Amuren.
