摘要 磁共振波谱成像是21世纪生物医学研究进入分子水平的重要检测工具之一,它对各种严重疾病具有早期诊断和疗效监控能力。本文介绍了磁共振波谱成像在成像技术与数据重建、波谱量化和临床研究等方面的研究现状,并探讨了其发展趋势。 Magnetic resonance spectroscopic imaging (MRSI) is one major tool on biomedical research in the 21st century, which can be used in examination on many dangerous diseases in early diagnosis. The research progress in imaging technology & data reconstruction, spectnma quantification and application in clinic on MRSI is reviewed,the trend is also introduced.
