钩藤对高脂饲料肥胖大鼠的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的观察饮用钩藤水煎剂对大鼠高脂饲料肥胖性的影响,并探讨作用机理。方法SD大鼠随机分为两组:(1)高脂组;(2)钩藤组。每日定时测量两组大鼠摄食量,每周定时称体重1次。在第7周末,测定李氏指数、空腹血糖、胰岛素、游离脂肪酸、丙二醛及总抗氧化力的含量。结果从第3周末开始,高脂组体质量开始显著性高于钩藤组(P<0.01)。在第7周末,高脂组大鼠李氏指数较钩藤组显著性增高(P<0.01)。高脂组大鼠胰岛素和丙二醛水平显著高于钩藤组,但总抗氧化力较钩藤组下降(P<0.01)。结论饮用钩藤水煎剂可明显抑制高脂饲料肥胖大鼠的体重增加,降低血清丙二醛、胰岛素水平并增加总抗氧化力水平。该作用可能是通过中枢性食欲抑制作用而实现的。 Objective: To study the effects of drinking water extracts of Ramulus Uncariae et Uncus on high-fat-fed rats, for exploration of the possible mechanisms. Methods: SD rats were randomized into 2 groups : (1) high-fat-fed group and (2) Ramulus Uncariae et Uncus group. Food intake was monitored daily, and body weights was weighed weekly at set time. At the end of the experiment, all rats were fasted for 12 hours to measure Lee's index and collect blood for the measure of some serum items, such as glucose, insulin, free fatty acid, total antioxidative ability, and malondialdehyde. Results: The body weights(g) in rats of the Ramulus Uncariae et Uncus group were lower than high-fat-fed group from the end of the third week (P〈0.01). The Lees index of rats in high-fat-fed were significantly higher than those of the rats in the Ramulus Uncariae et Uncus group at the end of the seventh week (P〈0. 01). Compared with high-fat-fed group, the serum levels of insulin and malondialdehyde reduced in Ramulus Uncariae et Uncus group(P〈0. 01), but total antioxidative ability increased (P〈0. 01). Conclusion : Drinking water extracts of Ramulus Uncariae et Uncus can inhibit the weight gain caused by highfat diets, reduce serum levels of malondialdehyde and insulin and increase the levels of total antioxidative ability. Those effects are presumably achieved by the effective ingredients in Ramulus Uncariae et Uncus which can inhibit food intake through central nervous system.
