摘要
菊花是我国的传统名花,也是极好的切花材料。以新鲜菊花为材料,采用不同浓度的蔗糖溶液浸泡,与不同干燥法相结合,以成品的感观和含水率为指标,探讨菊花干燥花较好的制作方法。研究结果表明:采用20%或30%蔗糖溶液浸泡后,再用氯化钠包埋、微波干燥得到的干燥花有较高的观赏价值,采用氯化钠包埋、微波干燥,控制好微波炉开关机时间是成功的关键。
Chrysanthemum(Dendranthema rnorifolium) is a famous traditional flower in China and also a wonderful cut flower. The serial concentration sucrose solutions combining with different physical drying methods were practiced to dry fresh chrysanthemum flowers in order to find the most suitable drying method by evaluating the appearance and water content of dry flowers. The results showed that the flowers, which were dried by microwave with sodium chloride enwrapping after having been immerged in 20% sucrose solution had the best appearance. Moreover, the time length in the microwave oven was the key of this method.
