导游人员生存状态研究

Study on Living Conditions of Tour Guides

导游人员生存状态包括其收入状况、社会福利状况、工作环境状况以及心理健康状况。以四川省为个案,采用问卷调查和个案追踪的方式,对导游人员生存状态进行了广泛调研,在此基础上对导游合法收入被取消和不合法收入却被放大的问题、导游隐性失业问题、过劳问题、导游职业认同感低和对未来丧失信心问题以及导游普遍存在焦虑、自责、愧疚心态和逆反心理等问题进行了深入剖析,提出了解决导游生存危机的对策,可作为改进导游管理工作和科学决策的参考。

Living conditions of tour guides comprise items of income, social welfare, working conditions and psychological health. Through the approaches of questionnaires taking and individual cases tracing, the research group directed by the present author had a study upon living conditions of tour guides in Sichuan Province. whereby the severity of which gets thoroughly exposed. Problems mentioned here include： deprivation of legal income, amplification of illegitimate income, hidden unemployment, overworking, lack of confidence in future resuhed from low profession-approval, universal existence of anxiety, selfblame, sorry mind, and rebellious spirits etc. Causes and consequences of the deteriorating living conditions are analysed in this article. Some representative oppinions and suggestions to the solution of the crises are also put forward, which can be taken as reference in tour guides supervision and decision-makiug for authorities concerned.
