摘要
采用真代谢能法,以去盲肠鸭(未去盲肠鸭作对照)测定了豆粕、棉仁粕和菜籽粕氨基酸真利用率。试验结果表明:豆粕、棉仁粕和菜籽粕氨基酸真利用率分别为85.3%、82.3%和80.7%;去盲肠鸭内源氨基酸排泄总量比未去盲肠鸭高27.6%;豆粕氨基酸真利用率平均值和大多数氨基酸真利用率在去盲肠鸭和未去盲肠鸭间差异不显著(P>0.05),而棉仁粕和菜籽粕氨基酸真利用率平均值和大多数氨基酸真利用率在去盲肠鸭和未去盲肠鸭间差异显著或极显著(P<0.05或P<0.01)。
Ture availabilities of amino acids in soybean meal,cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal were determined with caecectomized and intact ducks.The results showed that they were respectively 85.3%, 87. 3% and 80.7%, and that toal endogenous amino acid amount excreted by the caecectomized ducks increased by 27.6% compared with that excreted by the intack ducks. It was found that the mean for the ture availabilities of 16 amino acids determined with the caecectomized ducks in soybean meal was not different(P >0.05),but in cottonseed meal or rapeseed meal was significantly different(P<0.05), from that determined with the intact ducks. It was also found that the ture availabilities of the most of 16 amino acids determined with the caecectomized ducks in soybean meal were not different(P>0.05), in cottoned meal or rapeseed meal were significantly different(P<0.05 or P<0.01)from those determined with the intack ducks. These results apparently differed from those determined with intact and caecectomized roosters in some publications.
