民营经济就业现状的实证研究

Empirical Study on Employment of Non-State-Owned Economy

就业是中国经济发展的长期约束条件,就业问题的解决对中国当前具有重要的理论和现实意义。民营经济的发展对促进就业起了十分重要的作用,本文认为就业的增长点是民营经济的发展。通过实证研究分析邵东县民营经济发展与就业增长之间的相互关系。最后得出结论并提出发展民营经济的几点建议。

Employment is a long restraining factor in China. The solution of employment has an important significance both in theory and reality.Development of Non-State-Owned Economy is very important to the promotion of employment. This article emphasizes that the new growth point of employment is in the development of Non-State-Owned enterprises, it analyses the relationship between employment growth and development of Non-State-Owned Economy in Shaodong county. It gives several proposals to promote the development of on-State-Owned enterprises.
