摘要
针对常规单相不可控桥式整流电路输入电流存在死区、呈尖顶波的特点,提出一种采用高频软开关环节进行续流,使输入电流接近于正弦波的控制方法,给出了采用高频软开关技术来解决输入电流不连续的电路设计方法,通过工作过程分析和适当选取参数,使输入电流接近正弦波变化规律.将该技术实际应用于粮情监测系统中,有效地提高了供电电源的稳定性.
Aiming at solving the problem of dead zone and peaky waves of input current in regular single-phase uncontrollable bridge commutating circuits, a control method of adopting high-frequency soft switches to continue current to enable input current being approximate to sine wave is proposed. The design method of the circuit that makes the current continuous was given, the method was realized by high-frequency soft switches technique. After analyzing its wok process and choosing its parameter properly, the input current changing rule is close to sine wave. The mothod has been applied in grain monitoring systems and has improved the stability of power supply effectively.
