配电网静止无功补偿器的故障分析及仿真 被引量:9

摘要 利用电磁暂态仿真软件包PSCAD/EMTDC建立了基于IGBT的±100 kvar配电网静止无功补偿器(DSTATCOM)装置的仿真模型。根据该模型对装置自身的两种主要故障以及系统故障对装置的影响进行了详细的计算分析和仿真,并采用脉冲封锁保护方式使装置在经受瞬时扰动或故障时迅速对装置进行保护,同时封锁脉冲后在直流侧不会产生过电压。现场测试结果表明,该模型正确,保护有效。 The electromagnetic transient simulation software package PSCAD/EMTDC is used to establish the simulation model for the distribution network static reactive compensator device based on ±100 kvar of IGBT. A detailed calculation analysis and simulation are made of two main faults in the device itself and the influence of the system upon the device according the model. Also, the pulse blocking protection patterns are adopted to protect the device immediately when it goes through the instaneous disturbances or faults, and at the same time, there can be no overvoltage at the DC side after the pulses are blocked. The in-situ testing results show that this model is correct and effectively protective.
