苦参体外抑菌作用的研究

Study on Growth Inhibition Effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis on Bacteria in vitro

目的探讨苦参的体外抑菌作用。方法采用K-B纸片扩散法检测苦参对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、甲型链球菌、乙型链球菌以及变形杆菌的影响。结果与生理盐水组比较,苦参对上述细菌均有明显抑制作用。结论苦参在体外有明显的抑菌作用。

Objective To research on the growth inhibiton effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis on bacteria in vitro. Methods K-B papers presoaked with 100% Radix Sophorae Flavescentis extract were used. The effect of Radix Sophorae Flavescentis on the following bacteria：Eseherichia eoli, Staphylococcus aureus, α-hemolytic streptococcus, β-hemolytic streptococcus and P. vulgaris was observed. Results Compared with normal saline group,Radix Sophorae Flavescentis inhibited the growth of bacteria above apparently. Conclusion Radix Sophorae Flavescentis has obvious growth inhibition effect on bacteria.
