蒙山蜂胶超临界二氧化碳萃取挥发性组分的气相色谱-质谱联用分析 被引量:9

摘要 目的分析蒙山蜂胶挥发油组分。方法采用超临界CO2萃取法从蒙山蜂胶中提取挥发油,气相色谱-质谱联用技术对其化学成分进行分析,并用归一化法确定百分含量。结果蒙山蜂胶挥发油共鉴定出44种化合物,占色谱总馏出峰面积的93.12%,含量最高的组分为亚油酸23.91%,其次为正二十六碳烷12.92%,再次为二十九碳烷7.44%,棕榈酸6.65%。相对含量较高的还有二十四烷5.23%,亚油酸甲4.58%,油酸3.94%,麦角固醇3.90%,二十一烷3.42%等。结论超临界CO2萃取法简单、便捷,样品用量少,提取效率高,达到满意实验效果。 Objective To analyse chemical constituents of essential oil from propolis of Mount Meng. Methods After supercritical fluid extraction, the volatile oil was separated by GC-MS and determined by normalization method. Results 44 components from propoils by SFE were separated and identified, representing 93.12% of the total area. The main compounds of volatile oil were 9,12 - Octadecadienoic acid 23.91%, Hexacosane 12.92%, Nonacosane 7.44%, Hexadecanoic acid 6.65%, Tetracosane 5.23% , Octadecadienoic acid, methyl ester 4.58% ,9 - Octadecenoic acid 3.94% , Ergostero 3.90% , Heneicosane 3.42% etc. Conclusion Supereritical extraction has not been widely used yet, there will be more and more viewpoints that could justify it, as simple and convenient, high purity, residual solvent content.
