摘要
借鉴“共同体”在相关领域研究的思路,以创新理论为基础,从企业创新过程中员工个体创造力发挥与集体创新行动互动的视角,分析作为全员创新新模式———“创新共同体”的概念和理论架构。指出它与合理化建议系统和创造性解决问题会议等传统全员创新实践模式的明显区别在于,其强调的是在创新群体中实现个体创造力发挥与集体创新实施的有机结合,并在具体运行中表现出战略化(strategization)、社会化(so-c ialization)、结构化(structured)特征。
According to the research thought of "community", from the perspectives of individual creativity and collective innovation action interacted in the process of innovation, this article analyzed theoretically and positively the concept and framework of "innovation community (IC) " as the model of all-involvement innovation based on innovation theory. IC in this article was defined as the innovative group composed by all the firm' s employees directed by the air and rule of innovation. IC put emphases on the integration of both individual creativity and collective innovation action characterized by 3S, which different from ESS( Employee Suggestions System) and CPW( Creative Problem-solving Workshop) : Strategization, Socialization, and Structured.
