摘要
目的:艾叶挥发油在其制剂中极不稳定,影响了药物的疗效,而本实验采用具有增加药物稳定性等作用的β-环糊精与挥发油进行包合,探索最佳包合方案,提高其在制剂中的稳定性,从而提高药物疗效。方法:通过对油利用率、含油率和包合物得率这3个指标的考察,用正交试验研究了β-环糊精对艾叶挥发油的包合工艺,并采用显微镜法和紫外分光光度法对包合物的物性进行鉴别。结果:油的平均利用率为77.46%,包合物的得率为84.95%,包合物的平均含油率为9.06%。包合物物性鉴别通过,证明此方案可行。结论:筛选出β-环糊精饱和水溶液法最佳包合条件:β-环糊精和油的比例为8:1,油和醇的比例为1:1.5,包合温度为60℃,包合时间为2 h。
Objective: To improve the stability of volatile oils from Folium artemisiae by preparing an inclusion complex with β-cyclodextrin. Methods:The preparation of the inclusion complex of volatile oils-β-cyclodextrin was optimized using an orthogonal test in respect of utilization rate of oils, oil concentration and inclusion yields. The characteristics of the inclusion complex were determined by microscopy and UV spectroscopy. Results:The optimal conditions to prepare the inclusion complex included the ratio of β-cyclodextrin to oils 8: 1, the proportion of oil to alcohol 1 : 1.5, the inclusion temperature 60 ℃ and the inclusion period for 2 hours. Under these conditions, the mean utilization rate of oil was 77.46% ; the oil concentration in the inclusion complex reached 9.06% ; the inclusion yields had 84.95%. The inclusion complex showed better stability. Conclusion:The optimal inclusion complex offered an ideal stability, which might improve the effectiveness of the volatile oils.
