摘要
目前由于缺乏系统的试验和理论研究,建筑物移位工程的牵引系统设计都是靠工程技术人员的经验和现场摸索进行的。在建筑整体平移的试验研究和大量工程的实测数据基础上,进行综合分析,提出了建筑物滚动式平移的牵引力计算公式,认为在工程适用范围内,滚动式平移的牵引力与建筑物重力基本满足线性关系;介绍了几种常用的牵引动力施加方式的设计方法,分析了他们的适用范围和缺陷,提出了一种新型的动力施加方法,用该方法进行建筑物的平移,比其他方法行走平稳,效率高且导向性好。
The design of traction system is an important part in building moving. At present, the traction system is designed with the experience of the engineer because of the lack of the experiments and theory analysis. The traction system includes the calculation of traction and the design of the way of imposing power. An expressions formula of traction is put forward based on the experiments and a lot of data from many completed projects. Some ways of imposing power used in the building moving are introduced, and the used area and disadvantage of these ways are described. At the same time, a new way of imposing power is presented. The way has higher efficiency and less shock, and can assist to ensure the direction than other ways.
