介绍了员工持股信托的概念,对员工持股信托的发展、实施条件进行研究,对员工持股信托在我国发展需解决的问题和发展前景作了总结。
The concept of ESOT is introduced. It＇s development and the implementation conditions are discussed. The problems and the prospects for development of ESOT in China are proposed.
