长白山自然保护区的林火特点及防火工作对策

Characteristics of forest fire in Mt.Changbai Nature Reserve and the countermeasures

长白山自然保护区在森林生态系统研究、生物多样性保护与研究、水资源保护、人文历史与旅游等诸方面都有其独特的不可替代的价值。本文对保护区的林火特点进行了分析,并根据近年来火警呈上升趋势的实际情况,探讨了保护区的防火工作对策。

Through the introduction of geographical location, natural environment, social economy and characteristics of forest fire, which occurred in Mt. Changbai Natural Reserve in the past, this paper discusses the strategies of forest fire prevention on the cases of the combination of strengthening publicizing and management, perfecting management constitutions, promoting the capability of monitoring, researching and studying the ways of cooperative uses of various fire distinguishing tools more effectively and the popularization and utilization of advanced scientific techniques such as those in aviation, chemistry and so on.
