幼儿教师专业认同是幼儿教师对自己身为幼儿教师所具有的意义的整体看法。分析幼儿教师专业认同对专业发展的影响可从自我形象、专业准备、工作动机、教学实践、未来展望等方面进行。
The professional identity of preschool teacher is their whole remarks on their own professional significance. The article analyzes influence of preschool teacher professional identity to professional development from the aspects of self-image, professional preparation, vocational motives, teaching practice and prospects.
