摘要
海拉尔机械钻速低和钻井周期长是加快勘探进程的一项瓶颈.海拉尔地质条件复杂,地层倾角大,是延长钻井周期的主要原因;钻具失效是引起钻井周期长的又一重要因素.通过采用不同钻具组合使井斜角达到设计要求,优选项钻头型号和采取有效的技术措施,可使机械钻速逐年提高,加强钻具管理工作,减少钻具事故.加强地质录井工程监测是预防钻具失效的主要手段.根据海拉尔近几年的钻井实践,提出了对策.
The low penetration and long well construction cycle negatively affect on the normal exploration of Hailaer Block.Complex geological conditions,large dip angle of Hailaer Block and drilling tools' failure are the key reasons for long well construction cycle.Using appropriate drilling assemblies and selecting appropriate drilling bits are effective ways to increase penetration. To enhance drilling tool management and mud logging are the main methods to prevent drilling tools' failure.Countermeasures are put forward,based on previous experiences.
