后极性白内障的超声乳化吸出术

Phacoemulsification for posterior polar cataract.

目的探讨后极性白内障的超声乳化吸出术特殊手术方法。方法设计了不作水分离,只作水分层,囊袋上劈核,保护后极部后囊等特殊手术方法完成后极性白内障的超声乳化吸出术,避免后囊破裂导致的晶状体核下沉、玻璃体脱失等手术并发症。结果明显降低了后极性白内障术中并发症。结论作者设计的特殊手术方法减少了后极性白内障超声乳化吸出术手术风险,具有一定优越性。

Objective To investigate and discuss the special skills in phacoemulsification for posterior polar cataract. Methods In order to avoid the surgical complications such as posterior capsular rupture with the nucleus sinking into the vitreous, vitreous loss, and so on, the special techniques including the only hydrodilineation and no hydrodissection, supracapsular chopping nucleus, protecting the posterior polar capsule, etc. were performed in phacoemulsification for posterior polar cataract. Results The surgical complications were reduced obviously in the procedures for posterior polar cataract. Conclusions The special techniques reduce the surgical risk and demonstrate certain advantages in phacomulsification for posterior polar cataract.
