瑞典、瑞士、芬兰、日本和美国作为世界著名的创新型国家,国家创新体系建设各有特色,如瑞典高研发投入和企业出众的创新能力、瑞士全民创新的社会氛围和政府的大力支持、芬兰形成了完善的创新中介服务网络、日本实施了成效显著的知识产权战略、美国建立了最为完备的国家创新体系。这些对于正处在创新型国家建设初级阶段的中国而言,具有十分重要的实际借鉴意义。

As the most famous innovative countries, Sweden, Switzerland, Finland, Japan and America have different and distinctive innovation systems. For example, Sweden＇s great number of devotion in R＆D and eminent innovative ability of firms, Switzerland＇s innovative atmosphere and government as the steadfast sustainer, Finland formed complete science agency network, Japan applied efficient property right stratege, America construct the most matured innovation system. All of these are very important for our China which is still at the elementary stage of constructing innovative country.
