摘要 传统能源煤炭、石油、天然气等由于资源储量有限,日益成为阻碍各国经济发展的瓶颈。可再生能源作为一种有利于环境保护和经济、社会可持续发展的新型能源,在未来的10多年中将得到长足的发展。文章分析了市场竞争条件下,可再生能源发电与常规电力的竞价博弈机制,结果表明,在目前的机制下,可再生能源发电由于其成本、规模的限制,在电力市场竞争中处于劣势。可再生能源发电只有在国家政策扶持或者是对传统电力的政策调整的情况下,才能逐步走上健康发展的正轨。 Traditional energy of coal, petroleum, natural gas and so on gradually becomes the bottleneck for the economic development of many countries in the world because of the limited resources reserves. The renewable energy, as a new kind of energy benefited the environmental protection and the sustainable development of economy and society, will obtain the considerable development in the future 10 years. In this paper, the competitive bidding mechanism of electricity from renewable energy and traditional power under the market competition is analyzed. The result shows that the electricity from renewable energy is inferior to the traditional power because of the restriction of cost and scale under the present bidding system. Only supported by the policy or adjusted the policy of the traditional power, can the electricity from renewable energy gradually step onto the healthy development way.
