摘要
中国加入WTO后,既精通汉语和汉语文化,又通晓外语和外国文化的双语人才,必将成为中国参与国际竞争的重要人才素质的内涵要素。双语教学是为培养双语人才的重要举措,而双语教学对授课教师提出了严峻的挑战。在高校的汉英双语教学中,真正符合条件的教师并不多,因此加强对双语教师培训是成功开展好双语教学的当务之急。
After China's entry of WTO, bilingual professionals that master Chinese language and culture and foreign language and culture is in urgent need, this formed the connotation factor of China's personnel quality to take part in international competition. Bilingual instruction is an important step to nourish bilingual professionals. Bilingual instruction raised strict challenge to teachers. There are not many teachers that can smoothly conduct Chinese-English instruction; bilingual teacher's training became an urgent need facing us. It is a valuable question to study on how to train a batch of bilingual teachers effectively in a short time.
