摘要 成组技术是解决多品种、中小批量生产方式的有效方法。作为成组技术重要的应用之一-制造单元,主要进行相似零件及工艺设备分组形成的单元化生产。介绍了基于成组技术的制造单元构成方法、在单元内对设备进行布置及单元在车间内布局的方法。 The group technology(GT) is the effective method of solving the versatile and little or moderate batch mode of production. Manufactory cell is one of the use of GT. Manufactory cell is the manufactory mode of similar parts and facilities. Introduces the methods of composition of manufactory cell, facility layout in the cell and the cell layout in the plant.
