１９９０年１月至１９９５年１月，作者医院采用单开窗或多开窗术兼横突间融合术治疗２３例伴根性卡压症的退行性腰椎滑脱症病人．术后经０．５年～５年的随访，手术优良率为９４．４％．本文就该病的发病机制、临床特点、诊断及手术等方面的问题进行了探讨。手术治疗的原则是解除神经组织的压迫和防止腰椎继续滑脱．

The problems in relation to pathogenet ic mechani sin, of mical features,diagnosis and surgical treatment of the. disease were analysed.The diagnosis of the disease depends upon the of mical manifes tat ions, X-ray examination, lumbar myelography and CT examintion. All pat lents were undergone decompress ion of the lumbar spinal stenosis (including decompress ion of lateral recess and foramen s tenos is)by the unitary fenes trat ion or the multiple fenestrat ion on the unilateral or bilateral sides.The intertransverse prosess fuss ion were performed in all patients. 18 patients were followed up for 0.5-5.0 years (average of 2.0 years) postoperatively. Theexcellent and good rates were as high as 94.4 %.
