手汗症患者胸交感神经节乙酰胆碱受体α7亚单位的表达与临床意义 被引量:16

Expression and clinical significance of nAchR subunit α7 in thorax sympathetic ganglia of palmar hyperhidrosis

摘要 目的探讨胸交感神经节乙酰胆碱受体α7亚单位(nAchRa7)的表达与手汗症(PH)的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学方法检测20例手汗症患者胸2、3、4交感神经节nAchRα7的表达情况,并与正常人进行对照研究。结果手汗症患者胸2、3、4交感神经节nAchRα7表达水平比正常人明显增高(胸2神经节相比,x^2-19.51,P<0.05;胸3神经节相比,x^2=20.92,P<0.05;胸4神经节相比,x^2=11.19,P<0.05),同时手汗症患者胸2、3交感神经节nAchRα7表达水平高于胸4交感神经节的表达水平(胸2较胸4神经节,x^2=7.05,P<0.05;胸3较胸4神经节,x^2= 6.48,P<0.05)。结论胸交感神经节兴奋性增高可能为手汗症的发病基础之一,切断胸2或胸3交感神经节可有效治疗手汗症。 Objective To study the relationship between palmar hyperhidrosis and the expression of α7 subunit in thorax sympathetic ganglia. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of α7 subunit in T2 ,T3 ,T 4 sympathetic ganglia of 20 cases of palmar hyperhidrosis and 10 normal controls. Results The expression of α7 subunit in T2, T3, T 4 sympathetic ganglia of patients with palmar hyperhidrosis was higher than that in normal controls (comparison in T2 sympathetic ganglia, Х^2 = 19.51, P 〈 0.05 ; comparison in T3 sympathetic ganglia, Х^2 = 20.92, P 〈 0.05 ; comparison in T4 sympathetic ganglia, Х^2 = 11.19, P 〈 0.05), and the expression of α7 subunit in T2, T3 sympathetic ganglia was higher than that in T 4 sympathetic ganglia of the patients with palmar hyperhidrosis (T2 vs T4,Х^2=7.05,P〈0.05;T3 vs T4,Х^2=6.48,P〈0.05).Conclnsion The elevated excitability of thotax sympathetic ganglia is probably the pathogenesis of palmar hyperhidrosis,and sympathectomy of the T2 or T3 ganglia can treat palmar hyperhidrosis effectively.
