摘要
采用点滴法测定了江淮地区斜纹夜蛾对杀虫剂的抗性。结果表明,斜纹夜蛾对高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂的抗性倍数最高,为42倍,达到高抗水平;对三唑磷和硫丹杀虫剂的抗性水平处于低水平抗性阶段,抗性倍数最高仅为7.5和8.8倍。
The resistance of the third instar of bollworm, Prodenia litura Fabrieius, collected from Jianghuai region,was monitored. Prodenia litura Fabricius had high level resistance to Beta-eypermrthrin(42-fold) and low level resistance to Triazophos (7.5-fold) and Endosulfan (8.8-fold). The resistance of certain insecticide was different. Attention to the selection of suitable insecticide should be paid. The suitable insecticide and its dose, and the methods of enviromnental control were key of comprehensive control of Prodenia litura Fabricius.
