摘要
用不同药剂对玉米种子进行浸种处理,研究各处理对玉米苗期植株形态特征的影响和PEG模拟水分胁迫条件下植株根系活跃吸收面积的变化、叶片脯氨酸含量的变化情况。结果表明,经过EM、旱地龙、木醋液、蒸馏水浸种的种子在苗期形态特征和各项抗旱生理指标都表现不同程度的差异,EM、旱地龙浸种后植株的抗旱能力的提高要好于蒸馏水、木醋液,并且植株的形态结构趋于优化。
This paper studies the influences of various management imposed on the seedling morphological characteristic of maize, soaked maize seeds with different medicament, and the changement of the root active absorption area and the proline content in leaves on the condition of PEG simulation moisture intimidation were studied as well. The result showed that the seed which were dealt with EM, Handilong, solution of wood vinegar and distilled water represented various degree difference on the morphological characteristic at the seedling stage and each drought-resistance physiological index. The effect of EM an tiandilong on increasing the drought-resistance ability of the plant is better than that of distilled water and Solution of wood vinegar, and the morphological structure of the plant became optimizing also.
