摘要
研究了阻尼涂料中树脂的共混体系,及云母粒径和用量的不同对涂料阻尼性能的影响,结果显示:两种树脂通过合适的质量比共混可明显拓宽涂料的高阻尼温域;随着云母粒径的提高,玻璃化转变温度变化不明显,高阻尼温域变宽,阻尼峰值有所下降;随着云母用量的提高,大粒径的云母阻尼性能有上升趋势,而小粒径的云母阻尼性能有下降趋势;随着云母用量的提高,阻尼涂料阻尼性能对高温的敏感性下降。
The article has discussed the influence of blended resin system mica with different diameter and its amount on properties of damping coatings. The results show that resin blending at appropriate ratio will increase the temperature rang of high damping. With the increase of particle size of mica the glass transition temperature shows no change, the temperature rang of high damping becomes wider and damping peak value decreases, and the damping properties of damping coatings with coarse mica becomes better, but that with fine mica may drop down. With the increase of amount of mica, the damping performance tends to be less sensitive to high temperature.
