摘要
目的 了解上海校园公用饮水机水质及饮水机消毒后出水微生物含量变化规律,为控制桶装饮用水二次污染提供依据.方法 使用营养琼脂培养基和R2A Agar培养基培养,结合相关国家标准进行检测.结果 校园饮水机消毒1~2个月后就有微生物指标超标现象.2个学校饮水机出水中总菌的合格率分别为84.62%和71.43%,大肠菌群的合格率分别为53.85%和42.86%.结论 饮水机消毒1~2个月后就会有一定程度的微生物污染超标现象.
Objective To probe water quality and the variation of microbe concentration in the machines after disinfection, and to provide evidence for prevention against secondary pollution. Methods By using Nutrient Agar and R2A Agar substrate, the test was conducted in two schools according to national standard. Results A month later of water disinfection, microbe parameter exceeded the water quality standard, The qualified rate of total count of bacteria was 84.62% and 71.43% respectively, and the total coliform was 53.85 % and 42.68 % respectively. Conclusion Microbe parameter will exceed the water quality standard one or two months after the water disinfection.
