摘要
实验表明,从600~1100℃加热5min时,单纯块状氧化钼(MoO3)挥发率达30%,粉状氧化钼挥发率高达40%。CaO与MoO3反应生成CaMoO4,从而降低MoO3的活性,因此加入CaO可抑制氧化钼的挥发。随着CaO加入量的提高,氧化钼挥发率下降,当CaO加入量达20%时,氧化钼挥发率降至1.0%。白钨矿也能抑制氧化钼挥发,抑制效果低于CaO。AlO和SiO不能抑制氧化钼的挥发。
The test results showed that the volatilization rate of block pure molybdenum oxide ( MoO3 ) in heating period from 600℃ to 1 100 ℃ for 5 min was 30%, which of powder was up to 40%. As CaO reacts with MoO3 to form CaMoO4 to decrease the activity of MoO3 , the added CaO could depress the volatilization of molybdenum oxide. With increasing added percent of CaO the volatilization of molybdenum oxide decreased, which decreased to 1.0% with added 20% CaO. The scheelite also could depress the volatilization of molybdenum oxide, of which the depression effect was inferior to that of CaO. Al2O3 and SiO2 had no effect on depressed volatilization of molybdenum oxide.
