64层螺旋CT评估冠状动脉粥样硬化病变——与血管内超声的对照研究 被引量:24

摘要 目的通过与IVUS比较,研究64层螺旋CT评估冠状动脉粥样硬化病变的价值。方法回顾性收集2005年8月-2006年4月于我院接受64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像和血管内超声检查(IVUS)的6位患者的影像资料。以IVUS为参考标准,评估64层螺旋CT对冠状动脉狭窄性病变及支架诊断的准确性,在64层螺旋CT影像上测量不同类型斑块的CT值。结果64层螺旋CT诊断冠状动脉≥50%狭窄的敏感性为100%,特异性为83.3%。不同类型斑块的CT值不同。结论64层螺旋CT可以准确诊断冠状动脉中重度狭窄。64层螺旋CT可依据CT值的不同判断斑块的性质。 Objective To evaluate the accuracy of 64-slice CT for diagnosing the stenosis in the coronary arteries by taking IVUS as the references. Methods We retrospectively collected the coronary artery imaging data of 6 patients undergoing 64- slice CT coronary angiography and coronary IVUS in our hospital during August 2005 and April 2006. Taking IVUS as the reference standard, we evaluated the accuracy of the diagnosis using 64-slice CT for coronary stenosis and stent. We measured the CT value of different quality of the plague in the image of 64-slice CT coronary angiogram. Results The sensitivity and specificity of 64-slice CT for detecting stenosis ≥50% was 100% and 83.3%. The CT value of different quality plague was different. Conclusion 64-slice CT can make precise diagnosis of mid to severe stenosis of coronary artery. It can also come up with the quality evaluation of the plague using different CT value measured by 64-slice CT.
