摘要
通过分析热卷箱卷取过程中带钢弯曲成形的变形原理,推导出了弯曲辊辊缝的数学模型和辊缝抬起速度模型,并针对实际卷取过程中第1圈“不圆”现象进行了理论分析,提出了增加上弯曲辊速度超前率的解决措施。
The roll gap of bending roll and its starting- up speed mathematical models were obtained by analyzing the deformation theory of strip bending during coiling in heat coil box. In view of the unround of the first coil, the resolusion measure d adding lead rate of speed of up- bending roll was put forward.
