摘要
患者女，57岁，因“阵发性头晕，心悸2年，加重1个月”就诊，动态心电图示：窦性心动过缓（平均心率50次/min），频发房性早搏伴短阵房性心动过速，二度窦房传导阻滞及窦性静止，交界性逸搏心律，诊断为“病态窦房结综合征”。既往无高血压，糖尿病及血栓栓塞病史。
