摘要
报道了姜黄中总姜黄素类成分的薄层扫描测定方法。样品经乙醇提取,在硅胶G薄层板上,以甲苯—乙酸乙酯—冰乙酸(66∶32∶2)展开,姜黄素、去甲氧基姜黄素和二去甲氧基姜黄素集中于同一斑点,以λS=420nm、λR=620nm进行扫描测定。本法简便、快速。
A TLC scanning method for the determination of total curcuminoids in Curcuma longa L.has been established in this paper. Curcuminoids in the samples was extracted with alcohol,the extrect was spotted on thin layer plates of gel G and deveioped with the mobile phase consis ting of methylbenzene ethylacetate glacial acetic acid (66∶32∶2).Curcumin,demethoxycurcrmin and bisdemethoxycurcumin were collected in one spot.Diterminations were carried out with Shimadzu CS 930 scanner with λ S=420nm and λ R=620nm.The method is simple,fast and precise.
