摘要
文章以交流永磁同步伺服电机(PMSM)速度控制系统为研究对象,阐述了一种新颖的PI控制器的参数实时校正的方法。这种方法的最大特点在于基于非模型即可确定转动惯量的估计值,并可根据这一估计值来实时地调整PI控制器的参数。此方法的另一特点在于它在大大提高了传统PI控制器的性能的同时,保留了PI控制器较为简单的结构和特点。仿真结果表明了此种方法的有效性,以及快速性、动态性能良好的特点。
In this paper, a new and practical real-time auto-tuning method for PI controller has been introduced, taking permanent magnet synchronous servo motor as the controlled subject, The feature of this strategy consists in its model-free identifying the estimated value of inertia and regulation the parameters of PI controller according to that value. Besides, this scheme not only enhances the performance of traditional PI controller greatly, but also preserves the simple structure and features of PI controllers. The results of simulation indicate the validity of this strategy and the advanced rapidity, and dynamical performance.
