摘要
分析了流体力学因素对冲刷腐蚀的影响机制,并应用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件对流速、流动切应力以及近壁处的湍流强度等流体力学参数在冲蚀过程中的实际情况进行了数值模拟。
Erosion-corrosion in liquid-solid two-phase flow system is very complicated and influenced by many factors. The effects of hydrodynamic factors on erosion-corrosion have been analyzed in detail. And computational fluid dynamics software is used to simulate actual conditions in the process of erosion-corrosion by key hydrodynamic parameters such as flow rate, shear stress and turbulence intensity near wall.
