摘要
应用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了聚苯硫醚(PPS)以及聚苯硫醚/纳米二氧化硅(nano-S iO2)复合材料的等温结晶行为,并考察了结晶动力学参数,揭示了PPS的等温结晶特性和nano-S iO2对PPS结晶行为的作用。结果表明,少量nano-S iO2的加入降低了PPS的结晶活化能和端表面自由能,明显提高了PPS的结晶速率。偏光显微镜观察到PPS和复合材料均表现出球晶生长方式,与A vram i指数约等于3.0的计算结果基本吻合。
Isothermal crystallization behaviors of the composite consisted of poly (Phenyiene sulfide)(PPS) and silicon dioxide nanoparticles(nano-SiO2) was studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry(DSC). The Avrami equation was used to analyze the differential scanning calorimetry data. The results show that the walue is not changed after the adding of nano-SiO2. The half erystallization time (t1/2) of PPS/ nano-SiO2 is smaller than neat PPS. The decrease of the end surface free energy(σe) indicates thai nano-SiO2 can improve the crystallization rale of PPS matrix.
