摘要
液压支架在煤矿井下组装是一个非常烦琐的工作,本文根据井下的现场工作条件,利用现有的装置和设施,设计了一套液压支架组装起重平台,该装置具有结构简单,制造快捷,施工操作方便,工作安全可靠,起吊能力强等特点,适合井下重型液压支架的快速组装要求。
Assembling hydraulic support in coal mine is very complex. This article focused on the design methods and skills of assembling platform of hydraulic support. The equipment is very simple, easy-making and working credible. Moreover, it has strong suspending power and can be very convenient to operate, It can totally satisfy the demands of quickly assembling of heavy hydraulic support in coal mine.
