富含血小板血浆在颌面组织工程化骨中作用和临床应用的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 本文简述了富含血小板血浆的制备方法,并分析了富含血小板血浆的组成成份及其作用;介绍了富含血小板血浆在口腔颌面部组织工程化骨中的作用机制研究;阐述了富含血小板血浆在口腔颌面部组织工程化骨中作用的动物和临床实验研究进展,以及在口腔医学临床中的具体应用;提出了富含血小板血浆目前在口腔颌面部组织工程化骨中作用及口腔临床医学应用中所存在的问题,展望了富含血小板血浆在口腔颌面组织工程化骨中作用和临床应用的进一步研究的方向。
