摘要
文章探讨了分散染料低温染色的几种可行方案。详细叙述了助剂、有机溶剂、表面活性剂、载体及一些物理方法对染料的增溶、助溶作用和对纤维的增塑、膨化作用,达到降低涤纶纤维结晶度,增大纤维自由体积,降低涤纶纤维玻璃化温度Tg,加快染料在纤维中的扩散速率的低温染色机理,对国内外分散染料低温染色的现状及应用前景进行了讨论,并对含氨纶和含毛织物用分散染料低温染色的可行性进行了分析,指出了分散染料低温热溶染色的可行性。
In this paper, several practicable ways of disperse dyes in low-temperature dyeing were indicated. The function mechanism of auxiliaries, organic resolvents,surfactants,carrier and some physical motheds exert the solubilization to disperse dyes and plastication or swelling to fiber, lower crystallize of polyester, enlarge the fiber's free physical volume, lower the fiber's glass temperature Tg, increase the diffuse velocity of disperse dyes in the fiber were recounted in detail. The domestic and internationally status and applica/ton foreground of disperse dyes were discussed, the feasibility of disperse dyes in low- temperature dyeing on the spandex and wool fabric was analyzed, and the possibility about low-temperature thermosol dyeing was pointed out.
